Connecting children with disabilities to communities that care
Wezesha Kupaa, Swahili for Enable to Fly, is a comprehensive disability outreach program located in Mwandege, Tanzania, a rural village south of Dar es Salaam.
We empower children with disabilities by improving their access to specialized medical care, education, social inclusion, and support.
Our community programs seek to provide better access to medical care, increase educational opportunities, and improve the daily lives of children with disabilities in rural Tanzania.
Since 2009 Wezesha Kupaa has worked with referral hospitals, local NGOs, and community leaders to empower children with disabilities and their families to positively impact their future.
Meet our dedicated leadership team of individuals who passionately support the hopes and dreams of children with disabilities and the family members that love and care for them.
